"I just wanted to drop a note to TPG concerning the recent Spanish class that was held at Supreme. Natasha D’Orazio delivered an excellent program. She made Spanish learning simple and fun! Natasha brought great energy and created a friendly environment for everyone. Learning a second language can be a little scary for most people, but Natasha took away everyone’s fears during the first session. I was amazed at how quickly everyone picked up the Spanish language. While we have a long way to go to be fluent, we’re off to a great start.

I am excited about our supervisor’s future to be able to relate to those speaking Spanish. Natasha and I have already discussed more Spanish classes for the future."

I am pleased to write this letter of appreciation on behalf of The Performance Group in recognition of the outstanding services they have provided to Snyder's of Hanover.

We began our partnering relationship with The Performance Group in 2004. At the time, we were searching for qualified agencies to help with our alternate schedule staffing solutions. Our experiences with other organizations ran the gamut from “no returned phone calls and unfulfilled placement orders left to be forgotten to unqualified candidates we could not depend upon for long term assignments.” We turned to The Performance Group in desperation and as a last resort!

The Performance Group has been able to fill all our short term and long term production positions and several of their placements have landed fulltime jobs with us. Since 2004, we expanded our relationship and have used The Performance Group for help filling clerical and higher skilled, professional positions such as maintenance mechanics and supervisory positions.

In addition to the traditional staffing solutions, we have developed a delightful, friendly, and personal relationship with the staff and feel as though they are part of our team. The Performance Group understands our culture, needs, and expectations and that’s half the equation! The other is taking that knowledge and delivering results.

The Performance Group conducted diversity training in our Hanover, Pennsylvania, and Goodyear, Arizona pretzel bakeries. In addition, we offer their English as a second language to many of our Hispanic employees and their Spanish classes to our supervisors and managers. Both have been very well received. The most frequently asked question is “when does the next set of classes begin?”

The Performance Group has helped us solve a number of our staffing and human resource related needs professionally and competently. And they are fun to work with!

In the corporate world it is essential to know you are selecting the right person for a job before you hire them. You can not always tell from the first interview if you have selected the right person. That is the reason I rely on The Performance Group to carefully screen candidates for me.
