One of The Performance Group’s strengths is the multi-dimensional, holistic approach we take to serve our clients. We acknowledge that business and people are complex and their needs must be addressed as such. This strength and our core value of “Growing Other’s Best,” has led us to the continual development of our internal staff, new divisions to serve the needs of our clients, and skill development of our field associates. We see ourselves as a bridge, building the means to bring one to the other.

To this extent, The Performance Group has developed training in many areas, such as customer service, call center and computer in the clerical division, welding and sewing in the industrial division, and Diversity, Conversational Industrial Spanish, ESL, and Safety for our client base. We were the first staffing service in all the areas we serve to have achieved our Safety Certification from the state of Pennsylvania.
