One of the greatest hurdles employers encounter in today's market is finding the quality and quantity of needed employees. This challenge to diversify the workforce can be met through The Performance Group's Diversity and Language Services Division. Our corporate diversity trainer will customize and develop a series of seminars that will positively impact management, supervisors, and all levels of staff throughout your organization such as:

Spanish Translation
The Performance Group employs 15 bilingual employees, in Spanish and English. Either written or verbal translations can be performed for sensitive Human Resource or Safety issues of the client.

Basic Conversational Spanish and Industry-Specific Spanish
Classes are provided at the time that fits the company best. Classes consist of basic and company-specific Spanish, as well as a review and training on basic understanding, recruitment and retention of the Spanish-speaking influence in the United States. Preparation is done on site with individuals that work with Spanish speakers and Spanish speaking employees.

Basic Conversational English and Industry-Specific English
Classes are provided at the time that fits the company best. Preparation is done on site with non-English speaking employees and company managers.

Diversity Training
Diversity training helps to eliminate unintentional bias in the workplace through education on the general cultural traits and diversity within their employee group. Initially, classes will teach about the diversity within the United States and then focus on the areas in which a company is located and does business. The bulk of the class will focus on developing successful relationships through various activities. Class length varies from one to three hours.
