Who We Are.
Healthcare Network, Inc. was founded in 1992 by Judy Smith as a
physician Recruiting Service. The Performance Group, founded in
1993, is a staffing and HR solutions provider. The two firms merged
in 2007, combining their talents, resources, and connections to
further their growth in the scope and quality of opportunities for their
candidates and clients. Healthcare Network’s offerings have
continued to expand to include all aspects of healthcare staffing at
all levels and in many specialized fields of medicine.
