The Performance Group is equipped with safety trainers, including an RN, who will evaluate your work site and help increase both safety awareness and productivity. Our team will also assist in the creation and certification of your Safety Committee in order to reduce your number of accidents and Workers' Compensation premium by five percent.

With the growing costs of Workers' Compensation, we as employers need to focus on proactive methods of safety awareness. The Performance Group's Safety Committee meets once a month to discuss issues as they affect each of our eight branches, such as open and closed claims, safety promotions and bonuses, goals to reduce Workers' Compensation costs, work site surveys and methods of keeping safety on the top of our employees' hard hats.

We pride ourselves on our awareness to see the importance of safety education for our employees. Every employee that works for The Performance Group goes through a safety orientation that includes issues about the importance of personal protection, slips, trips and falls, hazard communication, blood borne pathogens, lock out, tag out and fire safety.

The Performance Group was also the first staffing service in the counties we serve to earn the “Safety Committee Certification” through the Department of Labor and Industry in Pennsylvania .
