The Performance Group, which began in 1993 as Performance Personnel, was created to serve the staffing needs of a single customer in a small office in Ephrata , PA. Today, we serve 10 counties through nine offices and several on-site facilities. Our staff consists of 45 talented, dedicated and diverse individuals who come together as a team to achieve the desired results of their clients. The Performance Group's steady growth is credited to this dedication and commitment, which has resulted in a diverse list of employees and an equally diverse list of companies that includes some of the top corporate brands in the nation.

The Performance Group offers a broad array of professional staffing services, including industrial, clerical and technical disciplines such as engineering and information technology. In addition to temporary placement services, the company provides customers with temp-to-hire solutions, immediate hire, short-term and long-term contract and professional placement. The Performance Group also offers a recruitment outsource program for clients such as Kelloggs, to assist them in recruiting and screening individuals through the hiring process, as well as project management and on-site management solutions.
